01Context
Excelsior Growth Systems builds and runs growth systems for businesses in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand — lead generation, CRM, AI follow-up, booking, payments and reporting, run as one system, with GoHighLevel expertise and automation at the core of the offer. I built its live website, excelsiorgrowthsystems.com, and I'm on the team as its Growth & Automation Lead.
Turning an agency's GoHighLevel and automation offer into a live website with an assessment funnel and GoHighLevel booking.
02How it works
How it works
Excelsior's goal, and the engine behind it
Researched from excelsiorgrowthsystems.com. Excelsior sells one Growth Engine in five stages, each passing data and context to the next — and the website I built exists to explain that engine and send every visitor to an assessment or a call.
- Key step
- Control point
The goal
Turn scattered marketing into one connected growth system — lead generation, CRM, AI follow-up, booking, payments and reporting, built and managed as one — so no lead is lost in a handoff and an owner can see what is driving revenue.
01Attract
- The job
Get in front of people who can actually buy.
- What runs it
Meta and Google campaigns, search and local visibility, conversion-first websites and funnels.
- The leak it stops
Slow response — new inquiries wait too long for a reply.
- The job
02Capture
- The job
Every inquiry lands somewhere you can see — calls, forms, DMs and chat in one pipeline.
- What runs it
Forms and surveys, a HighLevel (GoHighLevel) CRM on the client's own domain, AI chat and voice.
- The leak it stops
Missed opportunities — calls, forms and messages falling through gaps.
- The job
03Convert
- The job
Respond in minutes, not the next working day.
- What runs it
Qualification, routing and nurture automation; SMS and email; booking with reminders and no-show recovery.
- The leak it stops
Manual follow-up — staff repeating tasks a system can handle.
- The job
04Collect & retain
- The job
The sale is not the end of the journey — revenue keeps compounding after the first close.
- What runs it
Agreements and payments, review and referral requests, dormant-client reactivation.
- The leak it stops
Disconnected tools — data, conversations and bookings living in silos.
- The job
05Operate & improve
- The job
See which stage is leaking, and decide from the pipeline rather than a feeling.
- What runs it
One dashboard over the whole journey, attribution back to spend, and managed VA operators.
- The leak it stops
Unclear revenue — the team can't see what is driving results.
- The job
Three programs, one trajectory
Launch — build the foundation
For businesses running on spreadsheets, a shared inbox and memory: stop losing leads.
Accelerate — automate acquisition
For businesses with real lead flow but inconsistent conversion: generate and convert.
Orbit — operate the full system
For multi-location and corporate teams whose growth is limited by coordination: scale with control.
03Problem
An agency that sells a whole system has a harder job than one that sells a single service: visitors need to see how the pieces connect without drowning in tools, and every visitor needs one obvious next step. The premium brand also had to stay consistent from the website into Excelsior's GoHighLevel workspace.
04My role
What I owned
- Built the live website, excelsiorgrowthsystems.com — home, the Growth Engine system page, industry sections, testimonials and team pages
- A 9-question free assessment ("Find the leak that's costing you the most") that leads to a Growth Systems blueprint
- GoHighLevel on the site: an embedded booking calendar for strategy calls, and the GHL chat widget on every page
- The program ladder — Launch, Accelerate, Orbit — mapped to the five-stage engine: Attract, Capture, Convert, Collect & Retain, Operate & Improve
- GA4 and Microsoft Clarity heatmaps, so layout changes can follow real behaviour
- GoHighLevel dashboard styling and customization, following Excelsior's official brand kit
- Testimonial presentation that holds real client words only — nothing invented, drafts clearly marked
Platforms

05Approach
- 01Sell the system, not the toolsThe site leads with the outcome — one connected growth system — and treats the software as the machinery behind it.
- 02One journey, five stagesAttract, Capture, Convert, Collect & Retain, Operate & Improve: each stage is shown handing context to the next, so visitors can spot where their own leads leak.
- 03A next step for every visitorA free 9-question assessment for people still diagnosing, and a GoHighLevel booking calendar for people ready to talk — offered again on every page.
- 04Programs by growth stageLaunch builds the foundation, Accelerate automates acquisition and Orbit runs the full system — each mapped to the same five stages.
- 05Measure, then refineGA4 and Microsoft Clarity heatmaps are in place, so the layout can be tuned to how visitors actually scroll and click.
- 06Keep proof honest and brands separateTestimonials hold real client words only, and every Excelsior asset stays fully separate from GrowthOps Media & Co.

08Results & impact
- Put the agency's whole offer — GoHighLevel expertise and automation, sold as one connected growth system — on a live site with two clear next steps.
- Connected the website to GoHighLevel: strategy calls book straight into a GHL calendar, and the GHL chat widget runs on every page.
- Built a 9-question assessment that turns a visit into a request for a tailored growth blueprint.
- Instrumented the site with GA4 and Clarity heatmaps, so the next layout decisions can follow real behaviour.
No performance numbers are shown until they can be verified and shared — this section describes what was built, structured and tested.
09Lessons
- An agency that sells a system has to show the system — the software is the machinery, the outcome is the product.
- Give every visitor a next step that fits where they are: an assessment for the curious, a calendar for the ready.
- Brand separation is a discipline: Excelsior stays fully separate from GrowthOps.
