01Context

FIME Group helps international businesses — qualified technology companies in particular — enter the U.S. federal marketplace, pairing market-entry strategy with in-market business development. It is a complex, trust-sensitive B2B offer. I work on how it is positioned and on the infrastructure that carries it: the website, the inquiry path, the credibility layer and the groundwork for paid media.

Translating a complex B2B federal-market-entry offer into clearer web, credibility, lead-generation and paid-media infrastructure.

02Problem

A complex B2B offer loses people fast when the website is vague or slow — and paid traffic is wasted if the brand has no visible credibility and no tracking. FIME needed clearer positioning, a credible web presence, a simple and safe inquiry path, and a plan for paid media that starts from trust.

03My role

What I owned

  • Complex B2B offer positioning and page messaging
  • Website development and iteration — a dependency-free static site
  • Landing-page and conversion-path planning
  • Hosting and deployment coordination on Netlify, with a private inquiry flow
  • Organic Facebook credibility strategy before paid ads
  • Meta Ads strategy planning, pixel and tracking preparation, and creative development

In collaboration

  • Offer details and approvals come from FIME's team

04Approach

  1. 01Clarify the offerTurned a complex service into a clear promise, audience and next step, written for B2B decision-makers.
  2. 02Build lightA self-contained static site with no framework dependencies — lightweight and easy to host — iterated with the client.
  3. 03Make inquiries safeA Netlify Form handles inquiries. The notification recipient never appears in public HTML, and only the public site folder is ever deployed — internal notes stay private.
  4. 04Earn credibility before spendA plan to build an organic Facebook presence first, so paid traffic lands on visible credibility.
  5. 05Prepare paid mediaMeta Ads strategy, pixel and tracking preparation, creative, and a conversion path from ad to landing page to inquiry.
  6. 06Gate the launchRequested a full QA, full-stack and SEO audit, with fixes applied before launch — launch readiness as a gate, not an afterthought.

07Results & impact

  • Built and iterated a lightweight, dependency-free website for a complex B2B offer.
  • Structured a private inquiry path — the notification recipient never appears in public code.
  • Prepared the paid-media groundwork: strategy, pixel and tracking readiness, and a conversion path.
  • Sequenced growth so organic credibility comes before ad spend.

No performance numbers are shown until they can be verified and shared — this section describes what was built, structured and tested.

08Lessons

  • For B2B offers, clarity beats cleverness — the site's job is to make the next step obvious.
  • Paid media works better on top of visible credibility, and security is part of the build: private addresses and internal notes never ship with the site.
